Tami Link

Certified Postural Alignment Specialist – The Egoscue Method
Certified Pilates Instructor
Certified Yoga Instructor
Certified Massage Therapist

Tami’s love of movement began in college in 1998 when she discovered Yoga. In the years following, chronic pain made all movement painful. She suspended her career as a massage therapist and pursued a path to find healing. She finally found relief by restoring postural alignment and functional movement through Pilates and corrective exercise. She continued studies in movement therapy and obtained certifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Corrective Exercise and has been teaching since 2006.
With a background in and ongoing study of anatomy and biomechanics, she designs her classes and private instruction to honor the natural design of the human body to achieve strength, flexibility and balance for wellness. Tami’s experience and advanced training in postural alignment allows her to immediately identify where the cause of any structural imbalance is and where pain is truly coming from. Her personal journey and desire to help others live well, by being able to pursue what is meaningful to them, fuels her passion to make teaching her life’s work.
Tami is a lover of animals and advocate for their well-being. She holds a yoga donation class on the first Saturday of every month to raise money for animal rescue groups HALO (Helping Animals Live On), and MAIN (Medical Animals In Need).
